Biscotti Codogno
They have been created at the beginning of 1900
by Angelo Cornali. The medals reproduced on the boxes are some of the
several honours that awarded a prize to that speciality which his inventor,
maybe because of modesty, wanted to call biscuits. They are very good
if tasted at the end of a meal, with sweet wines. The use of natural
ingredients, the absolute absence of additives, the exotic taste of
coconuts and the completely artisan working, make of it a good, genuine
product, different from all the others; a product that brings us back
to the oldest traditions.
In 1915 the great-grandfather Angelo created
the first publicity of Biscotto Codogno. It is a funny acronym that
is reported in this page.
